Return Policy:
NVEY ECO will accept returns/exchanges within 15-days from receipt of order on unused product only in its original condition. All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns/exchanges require an authorization number; please contact Customer Service via email at info@shopnveyeco.com for a Return/Exchange Authorization Number prior to sending product back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are non-refundable. Samples are not eligible for return or exchange.
